1 pound round steak, cut in 1/2 x 1/2 inch strips
2 tbsp. veg. oil
1 lg. onion, minced
2 teaspoon curry pwdr
1-2 clove garlic, chopped
1/8 teaspoon chili pwdr
1 med. green pepper, cut in strips
1 c. reg. strength beef broth
2 tbsp. soy sauce

Heat oil in skillet - brown meat - set aside.

Combine onion, curry pwdr, garlic, chili pwdr and green pepper to pan - stirring till onion is limp.

Cover and simmer about 1 1/2 hrs till meat is tender - over low heat.
