   preheat oven to 350F.

   mix every thing together but not sugar and ketchup

   grease cupcake pan or pans and put mixture in to each one as desired

   mix sugar and ketchup together and taste to see if its to sweet add more suger if u want

   cook them for 20 minuts then put sauce on top

   cook for 20 more minuts or until its not pink in the middle any more
