Beef Cabbage Casserole Recipe

   Combine grnd beef and onion in a skillet; cook till browned.

   Add in tomato soup and water; bring to a boil.

   Add in rice and mix well.

   Reduce heat and simmer for 3 min.

   Place cabbage in a large baking dish.

   Spread meat mix proportionately over cabbage.

   Bake, covered, at 350F.

   for 1 hour.
