Beef Burritos Recipe

   Brown cut up roast in pan with oil.

   Add beef broth and cook until meat falls apart (3 or 4 hours).

   Then add beans, salsa and chiles, according to taste.

   Roll in flour tortillas that have been warmed - add grated cheddar cheese.

   Also good with avocados and sour cream.
