Ingredients: 1 tablespoon olive oil; 1 onion finely chopped; 1 carrot finely chopped; 2 cloves garlic minced; 1 pound ground beef; 2 tablespoons gravy powder instant; 2 tablespoons tomato paste; 1 2/3 cups beer; 1/2 cup beef stock; 1/3 cup peas frozen baby; 1 sheet pie dough frozen, thawed, cut into 6 rectangles; 1 potato peeled, grated, drained; 1 1/2 tablespoons butter melted; tomato sauce to serve

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion finely chopped

2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 2/3 cups beer
1/2 cup beef stock
1/3 cup peas frozen baby
1 sheet pie dough frozen, thawed, cut into 6 rectangles
1 potato peeled, grated, drained
1 1/2 tablespoons butter melted
tomato sauce to serve

Heat oil in a medium frying pan. Saute onion, carrot and garlic for 3-4 mins, until onion is tender. Set aside. Add ground beef and brown for 4-5 mins. Add gravy powder and tomato paste. Cook, stirring, for 1-2 mins. Return vegetables to pan. Add beer and stock. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 15-20 mins, stirring occasionally, until sauce thickens. Season to taste. Let cool then add peas.

Preheat oven to 400u00b0F. Lightly grease and line 6 mini loaf pans. Line pans with pie dough. Chill for 20 mins.

Distribute beef mixture between prepared pans. Combine potato and butter and sprinkle over filling. Bake for 30-35 mins, until golden. Serve with tomato sauce.
