Preheat the oven to 400u00b0F. For the tomato and beef sauce, heat the oil in a frying pan. Add the beef and brown for about 4 mins, breaking it up with a spoon. Add the onion and saute another 3-4 mins. Add the white part of the spring onion, fresh and canned tomatoes and simmer 2-3 mins. Remove from the heat and season with salt and pepper.

Use the pizza dough to line an 8 inch tart pan, pushing it into the base and sides. Spread it with the beef and tomato sauce and pour the egg and cream mixture on top. Bake near the bottom of the oven for 20-25 mins, covering after 10 mins with a piece of foil. Sprinkle with the remaining spring onions to serve.
