⅓ cup celery chopped
1 teaspoon parsley leaves dried
⅓ cup sweet red bell peppers green, chopped
1 each garlic clove, minced
3/4 cups pasta, elbow macaroni dry
1 teaspoon sugar
28 ounces tomatoes can, crushed

3/4 pounds ground beef
1/2 cup cheddar cheese american cheese, dry
