1 tsp Dry tarragon
1 Tbsp. Lemon juice Salt and pepper to taste
2 tsp Parsley, minced
1 x (9-inch) pastry shell
1/2 c. Feta cheese
4 x Large eggs
3/4 c. Cream
1/2 c. Plain yogurt

Cook pastry shells 5 min.

Cook spinach.

Drain thoroughly!

Combine spinach with nutmeg, tarragon, lemon juice, salt, pepper and parsley and spread on bottom of pastry.

Beat Large eggs slightly with yogurt and cream and blend well.
