2 cans Ranch style beans
1 c. cooked whole rice (cooked)
1 c. creamed cottage cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon chili pwdr
1/4 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 cloves garlic, chopped

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Saute/fry onion and garlic in shortening till tender.

Add in chilies.

Combine beans, rice and cottage cheese.

Mix in onion, peppers, salt, pepper and chili pwdr.

Spoon into lightly greased 2 qt casserole.
