Ingredients: 2 1/2 lb pork cushion meat; 1/2 cup celery; 1 large bell pepper; 1/4 cup dehydrated onion flakes; 1/4 cup ground cumin; 2 tbsp granulated garlic powder; 15 1/2 diced tomatoes; 15 1/2 oz tomato sauce; 1 tsp salt; 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper, more if you like; 1/4 cup vegetable oil; 1 tsp cilantro; 1 cup shredded colby jack cheese; 1 tsp turmeric; 1 lb ground meat I used beef you can use your favorite; 1/4 lb bulk sausage I used Odom's Tennessee Pride; 1 tbsp yellow prepared mustard; 1 tbsp tomato paste

2 1/2 lb pork cushion meat
1/2 cup celery
1 large bell pepper
1/4 cup dehydrated onion flakes
1/4 cup ground cumin
2 tbsp granulated garlic powder
15 1/2 diced tomatoes
15 1/2 oz tomato sauce
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper, more if you like
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp cilantro
1 cup shredded colby jack cheese
1 tsp turmeric
1 lb ground meat I used beef you can use your favorite
1/4 lb bulk sausage I used Odom's Tennessee Pride
1 tbsp yellow prepared mustard
1 tbsp tomato paste

Cut the meat into cubes, bite sized pieces.

Add in sausage and ground meat and fry in a pan with oil.

Add cumin, garlic, turmeric, and salt.

Add onions, celery, cilantro, and bell pepper let cook with meat.

Add yellow mustard

When meat is done add tomato sauce, tomato paste, and diced tomatoes.

Bring to boil, turn down to a simmer.

Simmer, stirring occasionally, for an hour

Taste, adjust seasoning to your taste.

Add cheese to your bowl on top of your chili.
