1/2 c. catsup
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 medium onion, chopped
1 clove crushed garlic
1 medium bell pepper, chopped
1/4 tsp. black pepper

Saute onion, green pepper and garlic until onions are clear. In baking dish, mix well ingredients, beans, catsup, sugar, mustard and pepper.
