   Make a slit in the bologna slice to end from center, keeps the meat flat when frying

   Toss in a bit of oil or butter in skillet, let it get hot

   toss in bologna fry on both sides till blackened to your likeing, toast bread in mean time

   layer coleslaw on toast add bologna on top then second piece of bread

5. 5

   Cornchips on side and serve
