4 slices Bacon, Cooked And Crumbled
3 pounds Red Potatoes
1 bunch Green Onions, Chopped
1 whole Jalapeno, Diced
1/2 cups Mayonnaise
1/2 cups Sour Cream
1/4 cups BBQ Sauce
1 Tablespoon Bacon Grease
2 Tablespoons Milk, Or More If Needed To Thin Dressing
Salt And Black Pepper To Taste
1/2 cups Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
