3 lb Grnd beef
1 can Evaporated lowfat milk
1 c. Quick Cooking Oatmeal
1 c. Bread crumbs
1/2 tsp Garlic pwdr
1/4 tsp Pepper
2 tsp Chili pwdr
2 tsp Salt
2 c. Ketchup
1/2 c. Brown sugar
1/2 tsp Liquid Smoke
1/2 tsp Garlic pwdr
1/2 c. Onion, minced

Mix all of meatball ingredients together, form into balls.

Place balls into 2- 9X13 pans.

Make 1 batch of sauce for each pan.

Simmer all ingredients till blended.

Pour over meatballs.

Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour, remove cover the last 30 min.
