BBQ Dogs For the Adults

   Bake rolls according to pack instructions.

   Cook sausages until golden brown and cooked through.

   Heat oil in a small saucepan and saute the onion until softened.

   Stir in the sugar and cook a further 3-4 minutes until caramelised and brown.

   Cut rolls 3/4 of the way down the centre almost to the bottom.

   Spread with peanut butter and top with some rocket, a sausage and onion.

7. 7

   Serve immediately.
