BBQ Beef Skillet Dinner

   Brown meat in large skillet; drain.

   Stir in water, tomatoes and barbecue sauce; bring to boil.

   Add macaroni and 1 cup cheese; stir.

   Cover; simmer on medium-low heat 10 to 15 min.

   or until macaroni is tender.

   Top with remaining cheese.
