2 tbsp liquid smoke
1 garlic or onion salt
14 oz bottle catsup
4 tsp worchestershire sauce
6 tsp butter
1 tsp liquid smoke
1 pinch of salt and pepper
2 tsp celery seed
1/2 cup water
3 tsp brown sugar
3 tsp dry mustard

Rub liquid smoke over brisket and refrigerate overnigt

When you are ready to cook, season brisket with garlic or onion salt and wrap in foil

Bake 5 hours in a 300F oven

Remove and allow to rest 10 min.
