Basic Pizza Sauce

   Put some olive oil in a frying pan and add in the garlic, that you've crushed with the backside of a kitchen knife, and heat.

   Once the garlic starts to brown, add in the tomato by crushing it with your hands.

   Add the salt and sugar in and reduce the sauce until it's about half its original volume.
