Minced pimento; 1/2 c. Tomato paste

1/4 c. Dry mustard
1/4 c. White wine vinegar
1/3 c. Dry white wine
1 tsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
3 x Egg yolks
3/4 tsp Grated lime peel
1 1/2 tsp Lime juice
1/2 tsp Crushed tarragon
1/4 tsp Grnd turmeric
1/4 tsp Grnd cloves
1 tsp Paprika
1 Tbsp. Minced pimento
1/2 c. Tomato paste

Blend all ingredients except egg yolks and let stand 2 hrs.

Beat egg yolks into mix.

Cook, stirring constantly, over warm (not boiling)
