2 lbs ground chuck
2 eggs
¼ cup water
1 ⅔ cups catsup, divided
¾ cup breadcrumbs
1 large onion, chopped
1 teaspoon seasoning salt
2 tablespoons brown sugar (dark if available)
cooking spray (to spray the casserole dish)

Combine all ingredients thoroughly in a bowl except for 1 cup of the catsup and the brown sugar (set those two remaining ingredients aside).

Shape into a somewhat flattened loaf and lay it into a casserole dish that has been sprayed with the cooking spray.

Mix together the remaining 1 cup of catsup and the brown sugar -- spread this over the top of the meatloaf.

In an over pre-heated to 350 degrees, bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes, uncovered.

At the end of baking, pour off any grease and allow to sit for 10 minutes prior to slicing.
