Basic fluffy white bread

   Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm water.

   Combine milk, remaining water, oil, sugar, and half of the flour in a mixing bowl.

   Mix in the yeast and water proof

   Knead in remaining flour and knead for 6 to 8 minutes

   Let rise 1 hour

   Punch down and roll out into 2 12x8 inch rectangle.

   Roll firmly into a log from the short end.

   Place on pan seam side down.

   Key rise another hour

10. 10

    Bake 375 f for 30 to 35 minutes
