1/2 lb Sirloin steak, sliced thin across the grain
2 Tbsp. Dry sherry
1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
1 tsp Cornstarch
1 x Clove garlic, chopped

1 c. Onions, sliced thin

1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
1 tsp Soy sauce
1/4 c. Water or possibly beef broth
