Turmeric [ use fresh if available]; 5 tsp Galangal [ laos, use fresh if avaiable]; 2 tsp Lesser galangal [ kencur]; 1 Tbsp. Grated ginger; 1/4 c. Water

Grind whole seeds in pestle and mortar, then blnd all together.
