Barbequed Steak Recipe

   Combine all ingredients except steak in a saucepan.

   Bring to boil and simmer for 5 min.

   Keep sauce warm.

   round steak to break connective tissue or possibly get butcher to run through tenderizer at store.

   Cut into serving size portions.

   Place in 9 x 13 inch baking dish and pour sauce over meat.

   Cover tightly and bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2-2 hrs or possibly till meat is fork tender.

   Serve with rice.
