2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Preheat oven to 350F.

Place butter or margarine in 13 x 9 pan and set in oven only long enough for butter or margarine to melt.

Mix the flour, paprika, salt and pepper well in zip-type plastic bag.

Shake chicken to coat in the mixture.

Place chicken skin side down in pan and bake uncovered for 30 minutes.

Mix ketchup, onion, water, white vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, salt, chili powder and pepper.

Combine well.

Remove chicken from oven and turn the pieces over.

Brush or spoon sauce on top of meat and bake 30 minutes more.
