Texas Pete Warm Sauce; 1 x Bay leaf; 3 Tbsp. Bottled chili sauce; 1/4 tsp Dry mustard; 1 dsh Cayenne pepper; 2 Tbsp. Vinegar; 1 sm Can butter beans; 1 sm Can corn; 3 med Potatoes, diced; 1 quart Water; 2 Tbsp. BBQ Sauce; 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce

Servings: persons

1/3 lb Smoked pork (butt or possibly shoulder), smoked Minced
1 med Onion, minced
1 quart Tomatoes, canned
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. Catsup
1 Tbsp. Texas Pete Warm Sauce
1 x Bay leaf
3 Tbsp. Bottled chili sauce
1/4 tsp Dry mustard
1 dsh Cayenne pepper
2 Tbsp. Vinegar
1 sm Can butter beans
1 sm Can corn
3 med Potatoes, diced
1 quart Water
2 Tbsp. BBQ Sauce
1 Tbsp. Soy sauce

Put every thing except the beans and corn In a large pot.

Simmer(don't boil) for 2 1/2 hour stirring occasionally till the potatoes are nearly done add in vinegar and vegetables.

Simmer till potatoes are done.

Remove Bay leaf before serving.

Serving Ideas : Serve with crackers and corn bread as meal.

NOTES : Potatoes become grainy if frzn.

If you wish to freeze, only add in potatoes to the portion for this meal.
