2 Tbsp. Crisco shortening or Crisco oil
1 c. catsup
1/4 c. honey
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
2 drops liquid smoke
1 c. finely chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
1 to 2 tsp. hot pepper sauce

Heat Crisco in medium skillet on medium heat.

Add onion and garlic.

Stir-fry until soft, but not browned.

Remove from heat. Cool slightly.

Stir in catsup, lemon juice, honey, Worcestershire sauce, dry mustard, hot pepper sauce, salt and liquid smoke, if used.

Stir until well blended.
