Ingredients: 1 lb. ground beef; 3 Tbsp. brown sugar; 1 c. crisp rice cereal; 1 tsp. salt; 1/4 tsp. pepper; 1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion; 1 Tbsp. finely chopped green pepper; 1 egg; 1/4 c. catsup; 1/8 tsp. nutmeg; 1 tsp. dry mustard

Combine the ground beef, egg, 3/4 cup cereal, salt, pepper, green pepper and onion; mix well.

Mix together the sugar, catsup, nutmeg and mustard.

Add half of this sauce to the ground beef mixture; mix well.

Shape the meat mixture into 6 balls and place in 3-inch muffin cups.

Top the meatballs with the remaining sauce.

Sprinkle with the remaining 1/4 cup cereal.

Bake at 400u00b0 for approximately 30 minutes.
