1 whole Egg, Lightly Beaten
5 ounces, fluid Whole Milk
1 cup Rolled Oats

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Combine first 9 ingredients, just until mixed through.

Do not over-mix, as this makes for tough meatballs.

Form meatballs and spread in an even layer on baking sheet.

Remove to a dutch oven (or 4 qt casserole) with a slotted spoon.

Combine remaining ingredients in a small saucepan over med-high heat.

Bring to a boil.

Remove from heat and pour over meatballs, turning to coat.

Bake an additional 15 minutes and serve.

*Meatballs can be flash frozen on baking sheet and then put into a sealed container or bag and frozen at this point.

To prepare, just spread evenly on baking sheet and bake according to recipe directions.
