4 whole Chicken Breasts, Skin And Fat Removed
1 whole Small Red Onion, Thinly Sliced
1/2 cups Mango Juice
1/2 teaspoons Ground Cumin
1 teaspoon Dried Basil
1/2 teaspoons Salt
1/2 whole Lime
1/4 cups Fresh Basil
2 cups Jasmine Rice Cooked
1 whole Mango, Sliced

When chicken is done, squeeze the lime over the top and remove to dinner plates, leaving the sauce and onions in the pan.

Increase heat to high and let sauce thicken while stirring constantly, about 2 minutes.

Stir in fresh basil and drizzle sauce over top each chicken breast.
