Bangin' Brussel Sprouts

   -melt butter in olive oil over med-high heat in a large pan.

   -add pressed/minced garlic and lightly saute in butter/olive oil mixture

   -add halved brussel sprouts and sautee for about 2 minutes, just until browned

   -pour in the two cans of chicken broth, reduce heat and cover

5. 5

   -let cook for about 5-7 minutes, until soft

6. 6

   -remove from the stove, pour contents into bowl and add grated parm if desired
