Banana Peanut Butter Muffins

   In a large bowl, add and combine well eggs, honey, oil, mashed bananas, peanut butter and vanilla.

   In small bowl, add flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt, combining well.

   Combine wet and dry mixtures and fold together gently until just mixed.

   Line muffin tin with paper baking cups (greasing tin is optional). Spoon into the prepared pan.

   Bake at 400u00b0 for 20 minutes.

   Remove from pan and cool on rack.
