6 ripe bananas
1 stick butter, sliced
1/2 c. Wesson oil
4 eggs
3 c. plain flour
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cloves
2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
2 tsp. soda
1 1/2 c. red and green candied cherries
1 1/2 c. red and green candied pineapple
1 c. seedless white raisins
1 c. chopped dates
2 c. chopped pecans
2 Tbsp. banana extract

Mix together bananas, sliced butter, oil and eggs.

Beat by hand.

There will be lumps of butter and bananas.

Mix flour, sugar, cloves, cinnamon, allspice and soda in a paper bag.

Do not sift.

Combine the two mixtures.

Bake in loaf pans, lined with wax paper in a 300u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours. Cool, remove from pan and remove wax paper.
