1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
8 ounces Cool Whip
1 cup powdered sugar
3 large bananas
1 (3 ounce) package French vanilla instant pudding
2 cups milk
8 ounces Cool Whip
1 cup walnuts (chopped)

Mix together flour, sugar, butter and pecans.

Press into a 9 x 13 inch pan.

Bake 15 minutes at 375 degrees.

Beat 8 ounces cream cheese with powdered sugar; fold in 8 ounces Cool Whip.
