Banana Cheesecake Pudding

   Place the whipping cream in a medium bowl and sprinkle the gelatin over. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside in the fridge while you continue.

   In a medium bowl cream the cream cheese, mascarpone and sugar until very creamy. Stir in the mashed bananas, sour cream and vanilla until fully incorporated.

   Fold in the whipped cream and refrigerate for a few hours. Serve in small bowls garnished with nuts if desired.
