1 tsp baking soda
1/2 c. butter softened
2/3 c. natural bran
1/2 c. minced nuts
1 x egg
2/3 c. pureed banana
1/2 c. plain lowfat yoghurt
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1 Tbsp. molasses

In a large bowl mix together flour, baking pwdr and baking soda.

Cut in butter till mix is crumbly.

Stir in bran and nuts.

In small bowl, combine egg, banana, lowfat yoghurt, sugar, and molasses.

Add in all at once to flour mix; stir just till combined.

Divide batter proportionately among 12 medium greased muffin c.. Bake in preheated 375F oven 20 to 25 min.
