Balsamic And Roasted Garlic Dipping Oil Recipe

   Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

   Place unpeeled garlic cloves in baking dish.

   extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper; toss to coat.

   Cover dish tightly with foil and bake till garlic is golden and tender, about 45 min.

   Transfer garlic cloves to blender.

   Add in vinegar and rosemary and puree herb mix till smooth.

    Season to taste with salt and pepper.
