BAKER'S ONE BOWL Semi-Sweet Chocolate Fudge

   Spray 8-inch square pan with cooking spray.

   Mix corn syrup and evaporated milk in large saucepan until blended.

   Add chocolate; cook on medium-low heat until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring constantly.

   Remove from heat.

   Add remaining ingredients; mix well.

   Spread onto bottom of prepared pan.

   Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.

   Let stand at room temperature 15 min.
