1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
2 pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, broken into pieces
1 cup butter, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1-1/4 cups sugar
3 eggs
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
2-3/4 cups BAKER'S 225th Anniversary Fudge Icing

Heat oven to 325F.

Brush half the melted butter onto bottoms and sides of 2 (9-inch) round pans.

Cover bottoms with waxed paper; brush with remaining melted butter.

Sift flour, baking soda and salt; set aside.

Microwave chocolate and cut-up butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min.
