16 ounce Frzn corn kernels
1 x Green bell pepper, minced
2 x Onions, minced
2 Tbsp. Chili colorado (or possibly you can Use any warm sauce - use Less if desired)

1/2 tsp Salt
2 c. Dry bread crumbs
1 c. Grated cheese
