SPICY SAUCE WITH ONION

in pan with oil add shallot and spicy sauce ( sambal ) and saute for half a minute then add soy sauce and sugar and mix well for another half a minute then off heat

BAKED IT IN BANANA LEAF OR FOIL

put chicken and okra on foil if not using banana leaf

pour spicy sauce with onion then add coconut milk

wrap up and baked it at 200 c for 25 minute longer if chicken depending on the thickness and size of the chicken
