Baked Potatoes with Cheese

   Slice the potatoes (May Queen, Danshaku, etc.)

   in about 1 cm width.

   Steam in the microwave if you own a Silicon Steamer.

   If not, boil or microwave.

   4 minutes in a 700W microwave oven.

   Arrange the potatoes on a gratin dish.

   Sprinkle some salt, pepper, mayonnaise and ketchup.

   Repeat the same process twice.

    Scatter some pizza cheese and bake in the oven until golden brown.
