Wash potatoes. Bake at 400u00b0 for one hour. Let cool. Cut in half lengthwise and scoop out pulp. Melt butter in heavy saucepan; add flour, stirring until smooth. Cook one minute stirring constantly. Gradually add milk and cook over medium heat stirring until thickened and bubbly.
