1/4 tsp. fennel
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
salt and pepper
1/4 c. dry sherry

Place a 1/4-inch bed of drained sauerkraut in a roasting pan. Sprinkle with seasoned salt and brown sugar.

Cover pan and bake at 350u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Uncover and pour over dry sherry.
