Cook pasta according to instructions. Cut bacon into small pieces and cook in a pan until crispy (oil is not needed here, since the bacon has enough fat on its own). Dice onion into small squares, add to crispy bacon and sautee until light brown, adding minced garlic about 30 seconds before done. In a bowl mix sour creme, cream cheese, milk and feta until creamy. If needed, add more milk to make mixture smooth enough. Add salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Drain pasta and place in a large bowl. Mix pasta with sour creme mixture and bacon until everything is evenly covered. Transfer pasta to a baking dish, preferrably a gratin form. Spread grated parmesan cheese on top of pasta and bake at 400F for about 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown. Enjoy!!!
