Preheat oven to 350 F. Generously coat two 6-count standard size donut pans with cooking spray.
2
Combine flour, 2/3 cups of ground Oreos, sugar, salt, and baking powder in a medium bowl. Whisk and set aside. In a small bowl, beat egg, butter, milk, and vanilla extract. Add wet ingredients into dry and whisk until well blended. Gently fold in Oreo chunks using a rubber spatula.

Spoon the batter into the donut molds, filling each no more than three-quarters full. Bake for about 10 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of one comes out clean. Remove pans from oven and set on a rack. Allow them to cool in the pans for 5 minutes. Then remove them from the pans and place on a cooling rack.

For the glaze, place milk and white chocolate into a microwaveable bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds. Stir. Repeat microwaving at 15 second intervals and stirring until chocolate is smooth.
5
Spoon glaze over donuts and immediately sprinkle on some of the reserved ground Oreos. Repeat glazing and sprinkling until all of donuts are decorated. Makes 12 donuts.
