   Combine Cornmeal, Flour, Baking Pwdr & Salt in A Medium Bowl; Make A Well in The Center Of Mix.

   Combine Onion, Lowfat milk, Oil, Pepper & Egg.Add in To Dry Ingredients, Stirring Just Till Moistened.

   Spoon 1 Tablespoons Batter Into Minature Muffin Pans Coated With Cooking Spray.

   Bake At 450 For 10 Min Or possibly Till Lightly Browned.

   Remove From Pan Immediately.
