Baked Eggs With Ham And Sherry Recipe

   Preheat the oven to Gas 5/375degF/190degC.

   Grease 4 medium ramekins with the butter.

   Then place strips of ham in each ramekin.

   Then break 1 egg on top of each piece of ham.

   Add in a Tbsp.

   of sherry to each ramekin followed by 1 fluid oz of the cream.

   Finally sprinkle the chives equally over each ramekin, season generously with salt and freshly grnd black pepper.

   Place in a moderate oven for 6-8 min till the Large eggs are just set.
