Baked Egg And Cheese In Orange

   Bring a pot of water and egg with a drop of oil to a boil then simmer down low for 8 minutes uncover lid

   Drain and immediate cool down and removed almost hard boiled but runny egg yolk ,if you prefer hard boiled just simmer in medium low heat but with cover lid

   Cut the top of an orange then use a knife slice the orange flesh then use a spoon and scoop out orange flesh let it sit on a muffin tray

   Fill the orange cavity with the cooked eggs then top with the bread crumbs mixture

   Broil it for 10 minutes till breadcrumbs mixture are crispy and brown

   Serve immediately and enjoy
