2 Tbsp. flour
2 bouillon cubes
1 1/4 c. boiling water
2 tomatoes, sliced
4 oz. mushrooms
1/2 c. green onions, sliced

Preheat oven to 425u00b0. Place 1/4 cup butter in 9 x 13 baking dish and melt. In plastic bag, combine 1/4 cup flour, salt and pepper, paprika and curry powder; shake to blend. Add chicken, 1 piece at a time, shaking well to coat. Place in baking dish and bake at 400u00b0 for 30 minutes.
